Amber Chai began in Brisbane from a long-standing love of chai and a desire to create something truly special.
After years of enjoying chai in cafés and at home, we found ourselves searching for a blend that captured everything we loved most about the experience—the rich aroma of cardamom, the warmth of cinnamon, the gentle spice of ginger, and the depth that only real ingredients can bring.
We wanted a chai that felt authentic, beautiful, and worthy of becoming part of a daily habit.
Crafted Slowly
So we started creating our own. In kitchens and quiet mornings, we tested blends using chunky, real spices and premium tea leaves, refining each recipe until every cup felt layered, comforting, and deeply satisfying.
